A. Ross Cassingham
Mr. Cassingham has over six years of experience practicing immigration law in Chicago. He joined Scott D. Pollock & Associates, PC, in 2024. Most recently, he worked with a couple of boutique law firms in the Chicago area.
Ross has practiced both immigration and criminal law. He has experience drafting briefs and motions in cases before trial and appellate-level federal, state, and immigration courts. Ross regularly represents noncitizens in immigration courts. Ross holds a J.D. from Tulane University Law School, where he graduated cum laude. While a law student, he drafted employment-based immigration petitions for corporate clients in the technology and medical fields. Ross grew up in Taiwan and has studied both Mandarin and French.
