Jeffrey Cohn

I practice as an immigration attorney because I want to help people. I want to help people fight for their rights. I want to pursue justice. My areas of expertise within immigration law are family-based immigration including adjustment of status and naturalization as well as removal defense including defensive asylum and cancellation of robobo. What I enjoy doing for my clients is obtaining positive results. I enjoy representing clients in immigration court in front of an immigration judge.

A proudest story that comes to mind is a detained withholding of removal case. The individual was detained in immigration custody for several months.
